Gülce Çelebi completed her high school education at Kabataş Erkek High School and subsequently was admitted to the İstanbul Bilgi University Law School on a full scholarship and graduated at the top of her class. During her bachelor degree, Gülce worked with particular focus on the field of cyber rights. She focuses primarily on Criminal and Criminal Procedural law, in particular with regard to environmental crimes and white collar crimes. She is fluent in English.
